Always hard to get hold of someone in parts and service. Call at 3pm on a Friday and they are closed?! Most of the time they have no clue about a part I call about. Oftentimes I have been told they have something in stock and get there only to find out it has to be special ordered. The ONLY reason I buy from them still is because I have to drive 50 miles to the nearest competitor but I am sorely tempted to do just that because of the aggravation and lack of general knowledge. I do better searching for information on Google with my amateur skills. And people that answer the phone are absolutely clueless.

I went in and they were so friendly. They resolved my previous problem! They even went out of their way to make it right. I am very happy now and have even made some friends! Sometimes stuff happens that are out of our control but if we do our best to rectify the situation and do it with respect for others it usually turns out to be better for everyone involved. Now they get 5 STARS!!!
Horrible customer service. Never been in this store that Matt wasn't extremely rude and had a bad attitude. Their prices are always much higher than everyone else. They will tell you one thing over the phone or advertise one way, but when you get in the store it is all different. And, never apply for their no credit check program because they do check and base their decision off of your credit. They will tell you that your information is only for the purpose of distinguishing you from other customers but it's not. I refuse to ever shop or spend money here again. This place should be permanently closed.
Great prices, local, and great customer service with a friendly attitude. They went above and beyond to deliver the furniture on a Saturday after hours.... thanks!
I ordered and paid for a range and matching microwave oven on Nov. 8th, 2017. I just received the stove a week ago, and still haven't gotten the microwave oven!!! They swore it would be delivered today 12-15-2017 and I didn't get it!! I will never buy anything from them again. At the beginning I was told everything would arrive in 2 weeks. Never Again!
